About the Author

The Dude is on a life mission to help people realize their potential. People often see a rough exterior, usually displaying his irreverent attitude.  What they don’t expect is a thoughtful, Zen meditating and nature loving, motivator and team leader.  The Dude lives with his wife and dogs in Massachusetts, where he continues to train, explore, learn from others and generate  resources to help improve the lives of anyone he meets.
